We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our infrastructure, drive DevOps excellence, and ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our platforms. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in cloud-native environments, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance systems.
🔧 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐎𝐩𝐬 & 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩:
‣ Own and manage cloud infrastructure including GCP projects, Kubernetes (GKE), VMs, networking, and load balancers
‣ Design, implement, and maintain scalable and highly available infrastructure
‣ Drive infrastructure standardization and eliminate configuration drift using IaC (Terraform/Ansible)
‣ Ensure platform reliability, performance, and cost optimization
𝐂𝐈/𝐂𝐃 & 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
‣ Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and ArgoCD
‣ Implement automated deployment strategies (blue-green, canary releases)
‣ Drive DevOps best practices and automation across development and operations teams
‣ Improve release cycles, deployment frequency, and system stability
𝐊𝐮𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
‣ Design and manage Kubernetes workloads, including scaling, resource management, and service orchestration
‣ Implement containerization best practices using Docker and Kubernetes
‣ Configure liveness/readiness probes, autoscaling (HPA), and resource optimization
𝐎𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:
‣ Build and manage monitoring and observability stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
‣ Define and track SLOs, SLAs, and KPIs (latency, uptime, throughput, error rates)
‣ Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues
𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 & 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲:
‣ Design and implement Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, including RTO/RPO definitions and failover mechanisms
‣ Ensure backup strategies, high availability, and business continuity
‣ Implement security best practices including secret management, access control, and network policies
𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 & 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
‣ Manage and optimize distributed data systems such as MongoDB and Redis for performance and scalability
‣ Handle high-throughput messaging systems like Kafka and ensure reliability and monitoring
‣ Ensure data availability, consistency, and performance across environments
𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞:
‣ Work closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to align infrastructure with business goals
‣ Contribute to architecture decisions for scalable and distributed systems
‣ Support modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native architectures
🧠 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭-𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
‣ 6 -10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
‣ Strong expertise in Kubernetes (GKE preferred), Docker, and container orchestration
‣ Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD)
‣ Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
‣ Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
‣ Strong understanding of networking, Linux systems, and distributed architectures
‣ Experience with MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, and high-throughput systems
‣ Expertise in observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Kibana)
‣ Experience in implementing DR strategies, failover systems, and high availability architectures
‣ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
