Role & Responsibilities
- Design, provision, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform and CloudFormation).
- Build and operate CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows using Jenkins and Git-based workflows.
- Containerize applications, manage Kubernetes/EKS deployments, and author Helm charts to ensure reliable orchestration and release management.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to maintain SLA/SLO targets and drive incident response.
- Automate configuration and release tasks with scripting (Python/Bash) and configuration management tools; enforce security, IAM, and networking best practices.
- Collaborate with development and SRE teams to optimize cost, reliability, and performance; develop runbooks and support on-call rotations.
