Job Title: Principal Solution Architect
Years of Exp: 12+ years.
Location: Pan India (Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Mumbai, Pune & Kolkata)
Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end‑to‑end architecture for Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service) aligned with business strategy.
- Lead solution design, development, and customization using C#, .NET, plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
- Define coding standards, ALM, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management practices.
- Design and deliver integrations with Dynamics 365 F&O, third‑party, and legacy systems using Dataverse, APIs, and Azure services.
- Ensure data migration, security model design, compliance, performance optimization, and governance adherence.
- Develop reusable frameworks, templates, and accelerators to standardize delivery.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders; lead workshops, demos, and requirement‑mapping sessions.
- Drive effective communication between CE and F&O teams and translate technical concepts into business language.
- Stay current with Microsoft technologies and promote best practices in engineering, DevOps, and solution governance.
