Role SummaryWe’re building an AI-native data platform for enterprises, starting with regulated industries like healthcare.
We are currently managing active customer deployments and need an engineer who can own backend systems, integrate with AI/ML services, manage production releases, and improve CI/CD and system reliability end-to-end.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership over how critical systems are built, deployed, monitored, and scaled.
Must-Have Skills- Go backend: Go, net/http, one framework (Gin / Echo / Chi), REST APIs, JWT, OpenAPI/Swagger
- Python APIs: FastAPI, Uvicorn/Gunicorn, basic async understanding
- Containers: Docker, Docker Compose, Linux
- AWS: EC2, VPC, IAM, security groups, S3, ECR
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins; build, test, and deploy Docker images
- Ops: Health checks, logging/monitoring, debugging production issues
Nice to Have- Kubernetes / EKS: Deployments, Services, Ingress, Helm/Kustomize, HPA
- Load balancing & SSL: ALB/NLB, ACM, AWS Load Balancer Controller
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform / CloudFormation
- Datastores: MongoDB / Postgres / Redis (migrations, backup/restore)
Experience- 1–2 years in backend + DevOps
- Experience deploying and managing real production systems
