Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer / Release Manager with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline management, version control, and release governance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce deployments using tools like Gearset, Copado, and Azure DevOps, along with solid understanding of Salesforce development and environment management.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
Handle end-to-end release management across multiple Salesforce environments.
Manage metadata deployments using Gearset, Copado, and Azure DevOps.
Maintain version control strategy and branching models (Git-based workflows).
Automate sandbox seeding, environment synchronization, and backup processes.
Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams for smooth production releases.
Monitor deployment performance and ensure environment stability.
Implement best practices for DevOps governance and release controls.
Support Salesforce development activities (LWC, Apex, Triggers) when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps / Release Management.
Strong hands-on experience with Gearset and/or Copado.
Experience in Azure DevOps and Git-based version control systems.
Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, metadata, and deployment lifecycle.
Knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers).
Experience managing multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Experience in multi-team collaboration and parallel development environments
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
