Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years DevOps / Cloud experience
- Strong Linux expertise (CentOS / Ubuntu / RHEL)
- CI/CD tools: Bitbucket, Bamboo, Nexus
- Monitoring: NewRelic / Scalyr
- AWS cloud & EKS hands-on experience
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- Blue-Green deployment experience
- Production support knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting & leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead DevOps team in planning, designing, and delivering infrastructure solutions
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for Dev / QA / Production environments
- Configure and maintain DevOps tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo, Nexus)
- Manage monitoring tools (Scalyr / NewRelic)
- Implement Blue-Green deployments and release strategies
- Build and manage AWS EKS ecosystem
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Maintain documentation, standards, and configurations
- Support incident/change management using JIRA / ServiceNow
- Drive automation, scalability, HA, and fault-tolerant solutions
