We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-facing DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building, automating, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This role requires strong technical expertise along with the ability to interact directly with client stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable application delivery
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational workflows
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline release cycles
• Act as a customer-facing engineer, communicating effectively with stakeholders and addressing technical concerns
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using modern monitoring tools
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, ensuring minimal downtime
• Implement and maintain security best practices across environments
• Support infrastructure as code (IaC) initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Site Reliability Engineering
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Proficiency in scripting: Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
• Experience with containerization & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, CloudFormation
• Experience with configuration management tools: Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Strong understanding of monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing domain (nice to have)
• Exposure to security and compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
