POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Deploy, configure, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure (VMs, AKS, App Services, networking, storage, security)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize workloads
- Automate infrastructure using Jenkins, PowerShell, Azure CLI scripting
- End-user support and escalation
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards. Like MAS TRM, PCI-DSS
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience: 4-6 years or above relevant experience in Azure
- Azure Application Services
- Azure Gateway and Load Balancing
- Azure Networking (TCP/IP subnetting, VoIP, VNet Peering, S2S & P2S VPN)
- Azure CLI, PowerShell, YAML or others automation scripting
- Experience in Cloudflare DNS and Web Application Firewall
- Experience in cloud and network monitoring (Azure monitor, Log Analytics, Dynatrace, Grafana, PRTG)
- Experience in Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) & Container
- Experience in DevOps and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Terraform)
- Experience in Visual Studio Code, Docker, Open Lens tools
- Experience in support Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 suite
- Good troubleshooting and operational support skills
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
