Role- DevOps Coordinator

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong DevOps expertise and excellent communication skills to work with UK & India stakeholders. This role is ideal for professionals looking to transition into a DevOps management/coordinator role.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in DevOps culture, tools & practices
- Hands-on with: Jenkins, Azure, Ansible/Puppet/Chef, Maven/Gradle, Docker/Kubernetes, Git/SVN
- Scripting: YAML, Groovy, Shell
- Experience with CI/CD, deployment strategies & release management
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows environments
- Proficiency in at least one OOP language
Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of scalable DevOps solutions
- Act as solution provider, troubleshooter & decision maker
- Collaborate with development & operations teams
- Mentor team members and drive best practices
- Work closely with UK & India stakeholders
- Contribute to automation, POCs, and continuous improvement
Preferred:
- Experience in Agile/Scrum, Jira
- Exposure to TDD/BDD, cloud infrastructure, web/app server setup
