We are looking for a highly ownership-driven and execution-focused Project Manager who can independently manage enterprise technology and AI implementation projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive successful delivery outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT, SaaS, AI, and digital transformation projects
Own project planning, execution, delivery timelines, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, UI/UX, and client stakeholders
Drive Agile delivery processes including:
Sprint planning
Daily standups
Backlog tracking
Status reporting
UAT coordination
Release planning
Ensure clear communication and alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams
Monitor project progress, identify risks/dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation and resolution
Track project deliverables, milestones, resource allocation, and timelines across multiple workstreams
Drive ownership and accountability across teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
Manage client communication including requirement discussions, progress updates, escalations ,and delivery reviews
Support AI implementation initiatives including AI-enabled workflows, automation solutions, and third-party AI integrations
Collaborate with leadership teams on project governance, delivery strategy, and execution planning
Maintain project documentation including trackers, status reports, meeting notes, RAID logs, and delivery plans
Coordinate with QA and business teams during testing and UAT to ensure smooth project closure and go-live readiness
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery environments
Proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams and multiple parallel workstreams
Experience managing AI implementation projects, AI-enabled platforms, automation initiatives, or enterprise technology solutions
Strong ownership mindset with ability to independently drive execution and closure of deliverables
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
Strong understanding of project management concepts including:
Risk management
Dependency tracking
Resource planning
Delivery governance
Escalation management
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools
Ability to manage client-facing discussions and delivery communication independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience working on Healthcare / Healthcare Technology projects will be an added advantage
Exposure to SaaS, cloud-based applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Candidate should be flexible and willing to work in EST time zones, typically between 5:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST, based on project and client requirements
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Azure, AWS, or cloud delivery models
Experience working with AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar productivity tools
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in fast-paced delivery environments
Experience handling global clients and distributed delivery teams
