Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions in cloud environments, primarily using AWS.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and management of applications using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Configure and manage container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize code for production deployment and performance.
- Maintain and improve existing infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security standards.
- Develop and enforce infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform and other scripting tools.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
- Experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools
- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Version control system knowledge, particularly Git
- Preferred
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms, like Azure or GCP
