We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of IT Manager.
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 10+ Years
Education: B.Tech / MCA (Regular)
Shift Timing: General Shift (10 AM – 7 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure, cloud operations, networking, and security.
- Handle Azure/AWS environments, servers, VPN, firewalls, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Lead system administration, DevOps practices, and application integrations.
- Oversee telecom infrastructure including VoIP, IP PBX, IVR, and dialer systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
- Lead vendor management, IT asset management, and team development.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in System Administration and Network Management.
- Hands-on expertise in Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN/VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience in telecom systems, databases, and web server management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred candidates with relevant cloud certifications will be an added advantage.
