We are looking for a strong Software Engineer Technical Lead who can take ownership across frontend, backend, architecture, and delivery with deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, and metadata driven platform development.
This role is for someone who can build systems, make technical decisions, mentor developers, and take accountability for engineering outcomes.

What You’ll Do
• Design and deliver production grade full stack systems end to end
• Build scalable frontend applications using React.js and Next.js
• Develop secure, high performance backend APIs using Node.js
• Own technical architecture for new modules and platform capabilities
• Design relational schemas, optimized queries, and scalable data models
• Implement multi tenant SaaS features including tenant isolation and RBAC
• Build reusable libraries, shared components, and internal frameworks
• Design and extend metadata driven systems including dynamic forms, workflows, rules engines, and configurable modules
• Drive testing standards including unit testing, integration testing, and CI quality gates
• Optimize application performance across frontend, backend, and database layers
• Mentor developers and contribute to engineering best practices
• Work closely with leadership to convert product requirements into scalable technical solutions
Required Skills
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong hands on production experience with React.js
• Strong hands on production experience with Node.js
• Strong experience building full stack systems end to end, not partial feature ownership
• Experience working on multi tenant SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of component architecture and scalable frontend design
• Experience with state management using Redux, Zustand, or equivalent
• Strong backend API design and performance optimization experience
• Hands on experience building metadata driven platforms such as dynamic forms, workflow engines, rules engines, or configurable UI/backend systems
• Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL
• Strong experience with query optimization and schema design
• Experience with MongoDB or hybrid data models
• Experience implementing RBAC across UI, API, and data layers
• Experience with JWT based authentication systems
• Experience with tenant isolation and secure access control
• Experience with Fastify or comparable high performance Node.js frameworks
• Strong debugging, ownership, and problem solving skills
• Ability to mentor developers and raise engineering standards

• Next.js advanced SSR and performance optimization
• Azure cloud deployment and DevOps practices
• AI integrations including RAG, embeddings, and vector search
• Three.js or advanced browser visualization
