Role: Senior Presales Consultant
Location preferred: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Presales & Solutioning
• Engage with clients to understand business requirements, current IT landscape, and transformation objectives.
• Lead end-to-end infrastructure and cloud solutions (Managed Services, IaaS, PaaS, automation, migration, modernization, monitoring, security, etc.) by leveraging the best of modern tech (AI – Agentic/Generative etc)
• Lead ServiceNow solutioning for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, discovery, and automation capabilities, integrated into overall cloud/infrastructure offerings.
• Create solution design, effort estimates, and pricing models aligned with customer needs and organizational capabilities.
• Build and deliver customer presentations, RFP/RFI responses, demos, and workshops.
• Collaborate with internal practice leaders and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and scalability.
Thought Leadership & Strategy
• Stay current on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), emerging infra trends (hybrid cloud, containers, observability, FinOps), and ServiceNow ecosystem developments.
• Support creation of accelerators, reusable solution components, and PoCs for client pursuits.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on IT transformation journeys, combining infrastructure, cloud, and ServiceNow roadmaps.
Collaboration & Governance
• Partner with account teams to define win strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Contribute to practice development by mentoring junior presales consultants and sharing knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance for solution review, estimation, and deal approvals.
Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and ITSM domains with at least 4+ years in presales/solutioning roles.
• Proven expertise in designing and proposing solutions in:
o Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP (migration, modernization, operations).
o Infrastructure: Datacenter, virtualization, storage, backup, network, monitoring, disaster recovery.
o ServiceNow: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, discovery, service catalog, integrations with cloud/infrastructure ecosystems.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills to engage CXO-level discussions.
• Demonstrated success in developing proposals, solution architectures, and commercial models for large/complex deals.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes, DevOps practices, and cloud governance frameworks.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications Preferred: Azure administrator associate or AZ 303/305, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, ITIL v4, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / ITSM / ITOM modules.
• Experience in large-scale transformation programs, managed services solutioning, or multi-tower bids.
• Exposure to observability, AIOps, and FinOps tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, CloudHealth).
