Hiring: DevOps Engineer 2
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Work Mode: Work From Office
Compensation: Upto ₹45 LPA
We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer for a fast-growing fintech startup building reliable, scalable, and high-performance systems.
What Success Looks Like:
• Services consistently meet defined SLOs for availability and latency
• Issues are detected through monitoring before customers report them
• Production incidents are mitigated quickly with limited blast radius
• Manual operational work reduces over time through automation
• Infrastructure decisions are thoughtful, scalable, and defensible
• Engineering teams trust and rely on the platforms you operate
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
• 3 to 7 years of experience operating production systems
• Strong fundamentals in Linux, networking, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience running containerized workloads in production
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience designing monitoring and alerting systems
• Proven experience handling production incidents
• Strong communication and operational decision-making skills
Preferred:
• Experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform or equivalent)
• Operational experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, or similar systems
• Experience working in fintech or high transaction-volume environments
• Security and compliance exposure
• Experience mentoring junior engineers
