What do we expect from you?
- Responsible for ensuring 99.9% uptime for Yellow.AI infrastructure and APIs
- Troubleshooting and resolving production issues, working with the Platform Engineering team for the same
- Development of internal tools/scripts for automation of various tasks
- Responsible for the build and deployment of packages into various environments including production
- Fixing of issues related to Infra & highlighting long term issues to the product team and getting them prioritized.
You’re a great fit if you already meet the following prerequisites.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in working on large scale systems.
- Good experience with Linux.
- Hands-on experience of scripting using python / bash or any other scripting language.
- Good experience of using monitoring tools like Prometheus/Newrelic/Jaegaer/Sentry etc.
- Experience of working with databases like MongoDB/PostGREsql/MySQL.
- Experience of working with ElasticSearch and Kafka
- Experience of working with Kubernetes.
- Experience with any of the major public clouds, i.e. AWS/Azure/GCP
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform is a plus
- Knowledge of Nodejs is a big plus.
- Deeply passionate about technology and keeping the systems and your knowledge updated.
- Eager to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment for a quickly growing company.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Flexible to work in shifts and take up on-call
