This position supports a customer focused on human capital management technologies, workforce services, and analytics platforms that drive business decision-making. The role blends cloud architecture, systems engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, and emerging technology integration.
- Core ResponsibilitiesArchitect, implement, and maintain secure AWS cloud environments
- Perform system upgrades, operations & maintenance, and Tier 1–3 support
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Build secure, privacy-focused internet-based systems designed to reduce user tracking exposure
- Integrate emerging technologies such as AI, AR/VR, mobile platforms, and analytics into enterprise architectures
- Manage PKI infrastructure, including Root and Subordinate Certificate Authorities
- Support hybrid cloud/on-prem infrastructure, monitoring, and compliance efforts
- Create technical procedures, conduct demos, and brief users/leadership
