Technical Lead – AI Platform & Cloud Engineering About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead to drive the delivery of our AI-powered platformcapabilities. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership — owning keytechnical decisions, guiding a cross-functional engineering team, and ensuring high-quality, scalabledelivery across multi-cloud infrastructure, AI/ML agents, and platform services. Role Description The Technical Lead will be responsible for defi ning and executing the technical vision for a set of AI-driven platform services that integrate LLM-based agents, data pipelines, and cloud-nativecomponents to deliver intelligent analytics and automation to enterprise customers. You will workclosely with product owners, DevOps, and individual contributors to solve complex engineeringproblems with strong architectural thinking, unblock the team, and champion engineering bestpractices. Key Responsibilities Cloud Engineering: Build and evolve cloud data solutions across multi-cloud environments ,with a strong understanding of how components connect and interact end-to-end. AI/ML Engineering: Lead the implementation of multiple AI agents , including LLM-poweredworkfl ows, tool integrations, and agent orchestration patterns. Platform Engineering: Own the platform roadmap — including agent orchestration, integrations,data connectors, and cross-service reliability — bringing architectural thinking to every technicaldecision. Data & Analytics: Build analytics and data-processing pipelines (e.g., ClickHouse and otheranalytical stores, structured JSON for LLM consumption) and explore ML-based anomalydetection capabilities. DevOps & Infrastructure: Collaborate on Kubernetes deployments (Helm charts), Dockerconfi gurations, CI/CD pipelines, and observability for platform services. Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, drive DRY/clean codepractices, and ensure documentation and runbooks are maintained. Stakeholder Communication: Translate business requirements into technical stories, manageepic-level planning, and report on delivery progress. Required Skills & Experience 6–10 years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a technical lead role . Strong ability to think architecturally — breaking down complex systems into well-structured,maintainable, and scalable components. Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI, LangGraph/LangChain) Hands-on experience with multi-cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and associatedmanaged services. Experience with AI/ML platforms — LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, andvector databases (e.g., Milvus, Chroma). Profi ciency in Kubernetes , Helm, Docker, and container orchestration. Experience with analytical/operational databases such as ClickHouse and MongoDB. Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar agent-tool integration patterns. Strong understanding of CI/CD , Git-based workfl ows, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform orequivalent). Experience with observability tools — Grafana, logging, and monitoring best practices. Nice to Have Experience with Keycloak or other identity/SSO solutions. Familiarity with FinOps or cloud cost optimization. Exposure to HashiCorp Vault or equivalent secret management in Kubernetes. Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms. What You'll Own Key technical decisions for data pipelines, multi-agent integrations, and platform services,approached with strong architectural thinking. Epic-level technical planning and story decomposition. Code quality standards, PR reviews, and engineering best practices. Platform reliability, performance, and security posture.
