Hiring: Team Lead – IT Infrastructure
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience Required: 7+ Years
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Lead – IT Infrastructure to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in infrastructure management, networking, Linux/Windows environments, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
- Manage server provisioning, patching, upgrades, and performance optimization to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
- Lead infrastructure upgrade, migration, and scaling initiatives.
- Implement and maintain 24/7 monitoring and alerting systems for critical infrastructure services.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive actions for recurring issues.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy policies, and infrastructure best practices.
- Manage access controls, infrastructure documentation, and periodic audits.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Development, QA, Security, and Product teams for infrastructure planning and support.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of system administrators.
- Conduct performance reviews, task allocation, and support team development initiatives.
- Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and operational excellence within the team.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience in Enterprise Networking Routing & Switching
- TCP/IP Protocols
- Load Balancing
- Strong experience with Linux Administration
- Good knowledge of Windows Server Environments
- Experience in Server Management & Virtualization
- Understanding of:
- Firewalls
- VPNs
- DNS
- Network Switches
- Load Balancers
- Knowledge of Data Security & Access Control
- Proven experience in handling and leading technical teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage critical incidents and work effectively under pressure.
Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech. / BCA / MCA / M.Tech. or equivalent
