Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve deployment processes
- Support cloud-based or on-prem infrastructure to ensure uptime and scalability
- Automate workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reliability
- Optimize system performance for a high-traffic eCommerce environment
- Identify and implement improvements in monitoring, alerting, and incident response
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins (CI/CD pipelines)
- Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
- Experience supporting high-traffic or eCommerce platforms preferred
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
