As a Software Manager specializing in React and enterprise application development, you will lead a team of developers in building scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. You’ll oversee the full development lifecycle and ensure delivery excellence across multiple projects. This role emphasizes modern front-end frameworks, cloud-native development, and integration with enterprise platforms.
Our Team
You’ll join a cross-functional Solutions Architecture team focused on delivering innovative digital solutions using React, Azure, and enterprise-grade APIs. The team collaborates across product, engineering, and business units to accelerate transformation and improve user experience across platforms.
What You Will Do
- Lead the design and development of React-based applications integrated with enterprise systems.
- Architect scalable front-end and back-end solutions using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Azure services.
- Manage sprint planning, code reviews, and release cycles using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Ensure application performance, accessibility, and security compliance.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Mentor developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with 4+ years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS.
- Experience with Azure cloud services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure SQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Solid understanding of Agile development and DevOps practices.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Knowledge of SAP integration and enterprise data workflows.
- Exposure to backend technologies like .NET Core or Python.
- Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-400, or AZ-305).
- Experience with application telemetry using Azure Monitor and Application Insights
