DevOps Lead –AWS– 9-13 Years – Noida
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Leader to drive cloud infrastructure, automation, platform reliability, and CI/CD transformation initiatives. This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in cloud-native architectures, infrastructure automation, containerization, and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities –
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using cloud-native, microservices, and serverless architectures.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to design secure, reliable, and high-performing infrastructure solutions.
- Optimize application performance, infrastructure utilization, monitoring, and cloud costs across environments.
- Lead DevOps initiatives, mentor team members, and drive platform engineering best practices.
Requirements –
- 9–12 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments and cloud architecture design.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools, and Infrastructure as Code frameworks.
- Experience with automation, scripting (Python/Shell), monitoring, and configuration management tools.
- Strong understanding of databases, cloud security, scalability, high availability, and modern DevOps methodologies.
Preferred Skills –
- AWS Well-Architected Framework implementation experience.
- Expertise in Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, CodeDeploy, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, and caching technologies.
- Experience managing public-facing applications and enterprise-scale cloud environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership capabilities.
