Key Responsibilities
- CI/CD Pipeline Management
- Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate build, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Ensure smooth, reliable, and efficient release cycles.
- Implement rollback mechanisms to enable safer deployments.
- Cloud Infrastructure Management
- Deploy, manage, and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Manage development, staging, and production environments.
- Configure and support auto-scaling and load-balancing solutions.
- Assist in designing and implementing multi-region deployment architectures.
- Monitoring & Incident Management
- Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Track system performance, uptime, availability, and error rates.
- Respond to incidents and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive improvements.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Implement and manage infrastructure using tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Maintain version-controlled infrastructure configurations.
- Standardize infrastructure and deployment environments across teams.
- Promote infrastructure automation and scalability best practices.
- Security & Best Practices
- Implement secure deployment and infrastructure management practices.
- Manage user access controls, permissions, and identity management.
- Support vulnerability assessments, patch management, and security remediation efforts.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection standards.
- Collaboration with Engineering Teams
- Work closely with backend, frontend, and mobile development teams.
- Assist developers with environment setup, deployment processes, and troubleshooting.
- Enhance developer productivity through automation and tooling improvements.
- Enable faster, more reliable software delivery and release management.
- Performance & Cost Optimization
- Monitor infrastructure performance, utilization, and resource consumption.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across systems and applications.
- Support cloud cost optimization and resource efficiency initiatives.
- Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
About Company: SpEd@home is a result of over two decades of field experience of the founding team. We identified the need to ensure better access to integrated therapies required for children with special needs. We aspire to provide remedial and occupational therapy support to children with differential needs, across the globe. Established in Sept 2020, the company aims to build an ecosystem for children with differential needs to improve their physical, cognitive, developmental, and educational outcomes.
SpEd@home has created a learning management system (LMS&), that has been curated specifically to meet the requirements of children ages 6-13, having differential needs viz those with learning disability, ADD/HD, and autism spectrum disorders. It has been designed to help children achieve foundational literacy and numeracy.
