We are seeking a Senior Devops Engineer responsible for planning and implementing the design, installation, and connectivity of server systems and network infrastructure. A strong sense of ownership, team collaboration skills, and the ability to address customer concerns calmly and promptly are all crucial to the success of this position. You will be a point of escalation for junior team members and will handle on-call rotations and occasional off-hours support requests.
- Design and build a secure cloud infrastructure in AWS.
- Maintain Security hardening in the application development cycle.
- Streamline application deployments.
- Troubleshoot network and server issues.
- Automate manual or repeated tasks.
You will fit right in if you have –
- 5-7 years of experience on system administration.
- 5 years hands on experience on AWS cloud.
- Task automation with PowerShell, Python, or bash.
- Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server administration.
- Basic networking: IP Addressing, Subnets, Routing, and Switching.
- Understand and follow IT change management protocols.
- Develop and maintain documentation include network diagrams, system configurations and stand operational procedures
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure design and management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Adopting a “team first” mentality and working collaboratively to solve problems and meet shared goals
Nice to have-
- Ability to program and automate tasks in any standard language.
- Ability to troubleshoot network related issue from end to end.
- Familiar with JIRA, FTP, and monitoring software.
- Hands on knowledge about Network and Security.
