Role Description This is a full-time, DevOps Engineer (3 - 5 years) role based in Bengaluru. The DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support frequent and reliable software releases. Responsibilities include managing Linux-based systems, automating infrastructure provisioning, and monitoring production environments for performance, scalability, and security. The role involves collaborating closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline delivery processes, resolve incidents, and improve system reliability. The DevOps Engineer will also contribute to best practices, documentation, and tooling that enhance deployment automation and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong System Administration and Linux skills to manage, secure, and troubleshoot production environments.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to provision, configure, and manage cloud or on-premise infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Continuous Integration practices and tools to build automated pipelines for testing and deployment.
- Understanding of networking, security best practices, and monitoring/observability tools.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
