Title - Devops Engineer
Location - Phoenix, Arizona,
We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps/DevOps Engineer to design, implement, secure, automate, and operate enterprise-scale Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, and Agentic Coding platforms.
The role focuses on building secure, scalable, resilient, and cloud-native AI ecosystems supporting LLMs, AI agents, autonomous workflows, RAG, and AI-driven software engineering.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in DevSecOps, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), AI/ML operations, and AI security, with a focus on governance, compliance, observability, and platform reliability.
Key Responsibilities
DevSecOps & Platform Engineering
- Design and maintain secure, scalable GenAI and Agentic AI platforms
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI applications and LLM deployments
- Automate infrastructure using IaC (Terraform, Ansible)
- Manage containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm)
- Establish best practices, reusable frameworks, and automation standards
Agentic AI & Platform Engineering
- Develop and manage AI agent frameworks and autonomous workflows
- Build multi-agent architectures for enterprise use cases
- Integrate AI agents with APIs, cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and tools
- Optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
Agentic Coding & AI Engineering
- Implement AI-driven coding platforms (Devin AI, Copilot, Codex, Claude Code)
- Enable AI-assisted code generation, testing, debugging, and automation
- Integrate AI coding into DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure validation, security scanning, and policy enforcement for AI-generated code
AI Security & Risk Management
- Perform threat modeling for AI systems and platforms
- Implement secure-by-design AI architecture
- Mitigate risks such as:
- Prompt Injection / Data Leakage
- Model & Retrieval Poisoning
- Agent misuse & privilege escalation
- Supply chain attacks & adversarial AI threats
- Apply MITRE ATLAS & MITRE ATT&CK frameworks
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
Experience
- 5+ years in DevOps / DevSecOps / Cloud / SRE
- 3+ years in AI/ML, GenAI, LLMOps, Agentic AI, or MLOps
- Experience working in Agile & DevOps environments

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
