Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management professional with strong expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Identity Governance and Administration, and Identity Lifecycle Management. The successful candidate will contribute to IAM modernization initiatives and support the continuous development and enhancement of enterprise identity governance solutions.
This role involves designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting identity governance platforms while collaborating with security, compliance, infrastructure, and application teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to IAM modernization programs and platform transformation initiatives.
Develop and maintain identity governance strategies aligned with security, compliance, and business objectives.
Serve as a subject matter expert for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Identity Governance Administration solutions.
Configure, troubleshoot, and manage integrations between SailPoint and enterprise applications.
Manage identity mapping, account correlation, governance models, and access management processes.
Support enterprise-wide onboarding of applications into identity governance workflows.
Translate security, risk, compliance, and governance requirements into technical solutions and operational processes.
Prepare architecture documentation, onboarding guides, configuration records, and operational handover materials.
