Job Description
We are looking for a DevOps focused Technical Lead to join our Build and Continuous Integration team. This existing team requires a Lead capable of becoming an expert in the day-to-day management and oversight of our distributed build systems as we work to continue to support our legacy platforms, while taking up opportunities to modernise our tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to improve release processes.
- Lead DevOps initiatives, establish best practices, and mentor team members.
- Optimize infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Support DevSecOps, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.
