Possession of a current AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer – Associate Certification.

Pay: $57/hr On W2 only
Minimum 6 years experience. Minimum Bachelors degree
At least six (6) months of FTE experience monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure, specifically managing AWS Connect telephony integrations and API bridges to CRM/ITSM platforms (such as Salesforce and ServiceNow). Possession of a current AWS Certified Support Engineer – Associate (or equivalent AWS Associate-level certification) can be used in lieu of this experience.
