Hiring: ServiceNow BCM Developer
We are currently hiring for the position of ServiceNow BCM Developer for one of our ServiceNow partner clients.

- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) solutions.
- Work on Business Impact Analysis (BIA), continuity plans, recovery planning, crisis management, and related BCM workflows.
- Configure BCM data, templates, forms, workflows, approvals, dashboards, and reports.
- Customize the ServiceNow platform using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, and Integrations.
- Integrate BCM with CMDB, ITSM, IRM/GRC, and external enterprise applications where required.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable BCM solutions.
- Support implementation, enhancement, troubleshooting, and optimization of BCM processes on ServiceNow.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow BCM.
- Good understanding of Business Continuity Management, risk, resilience, and recovery planning
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting and platform customization
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Reports, Dashboards, ACLs, Notifications
- Good understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow data model
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred
- ServiceNow CSA / CAD certifications
- Experience working on BCM implementations
- Prior experience working with global clients / ServiceNow partner ecosystem is a plus
