Job Title: DevOps Engineer II

Role Overview
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer II to support and enhance the infrastructure that powers mission-critical applications. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, security, automation, and reliability of production environments while supporting CI/CD processes, cloud infrastructure, and application deployment activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Linux Administration, Windows Administration, and IIS Management.
- Strong understanding of IIS architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, and CloudFormation.
- Experience with scripting and automation using Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, XML, HTTP protocols, SPA concepts, and web technologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Bamboo, Octopus Deploy, MSBuild, NUnit, Git, Maven, and Docker.
- Strong passion for automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, administer, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring successful automated deployments and AWS infrastructure provisioning.
- Support development teams by troubleshooting server, application, and environment-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain production systems, investigate outages, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Execute production migrations and provide after-hours support for critical business applications when required.
- Assist developers with DevOps tools, source control repositories, monitoring configurations, and deployment processes.
