DevOps Engineer — Terraform/HashiCorp Consul

Role:

We are hiring a DevOps Engineer with practical experience in Terraform, HashiCorp Consul, and cloud infrastructure.
This role is focused on building, automating, and managing cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code practices.
You will work with engineering, operations, architecture, and security teams to deliver reliable, reusable, and well-governed infrastructure solutions in an enterprise technology environment.
This is a good fit for engineers who enjoy cloud automation, Terraform module development, CI/CD integration, and working with the HashiCorp ecosystem beyond standard cloud operations.

Responsibilities:

Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
Create reusable Terraform modules and templates for different environments.
Deploy, configure, and support HashiCorp Consul solutions.
Provision and manage cloud resources on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Integrate infrastructure automation with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Support automation, deployment, troubleshooting, and infrastructure reliability.
Help ensure infrastructure follows security, governance, and compliance standards.
Work closely with development, operations, architecture, and security teams.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Terraform in real project or production-like environments.
Experience working with HashiCorp Consul.
Practical experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles, including reusable modules, version control, and repeatable deployments.
Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar.
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
Basic scripting experience using Shell, Bash, Python, or similar.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a structured delivery environment.
