Job Description:
Support cloud infrastructure and automation initiatives by developing infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, and CI/CD solutions while helping onboard new cloud environments and improve operational efficiency through automation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles for infrastructure automation
- Build and troubleshoot Terraform modules and infrastructure deployments
- Automate manual deployment and provisioning processes
- Support and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Assist with onboarding new cloud customers and infrastructure builds
- Deploy and support Docker and Kubernetes workloads
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux environments
- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
- Support monitoring, logging, and cloud infrastructure operations
- Utilize AI tools to improve automation and operational efficiency
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Ansible experience, including playbook and role development
- Terraform experience with modules and infrastructure-as-code concepts
- Experience automating manual operational processes
- Linux administration and troubleshooting experience
- Bash or Python scripting experience
- Experience with CI/CD concepts and pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:- GitLab CI/CD experience
- Docker and Kubernetes experience
- AWS, Azure, or GCP experience
- HashiCorp Vault or secrets management experience
- RBAC or SSO knowledge
- Logging and monitoring tools experience
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, routing, subnetting)
- Experience supporting SAP or enterprise cloud platforms
