Job Description
We are looking for skilled and passionate DevOps Engineers to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and production support. The role requires ownership mindset, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and Python
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Build, configure, and maintain scalable infrastructure environments
- Automate application deployment processes across production and pre-production environments
- Define and implement:
- Monitoring
- Alerting
- Auto-remediation workflows
- Create and maintain:
- Runbooks
- SOPs
- Architecture diagrams
- Monitor system health, performance, and capacity planning
- Troubleshoot production incidents and provide break-fix support
- Drive platform automation and operational efficiency initiatives
Required Skills
- Hands-on Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting (EKS preferred)
- Strong AWS cloud services experience
- Expertise in debugging:
- Networking issues
- Kubernetes issues
- Logs and metrics analysis
- Cost monitoring and cloud optimization
