About the Role
We’re seeking a seasoned professional to lead complex technical initiatives, drive DevOps transformation, and architect scalable, secure solutions. This role requires strong leadership, modern practices, and hands‑on expertise to deliver innovative outcomes across global teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical initiatives and transformation programs
- Architect scalable, secure solutions aligned with business needs
- Champion modern DevOps practices and CI/CD automation
- Facilitate cross‑team collaboration and stakeholder alignment

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- 10+ years in DevOps/Platform Engineering with strong Linux administration
Required Skills
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud‑native platform engineering
- Strong hands‑on skills with Istio, Cilium, Docker, Argo CD, GitOps, and Helm charts
- Proficiency in Golang, Python, Java, gRPC/REST, and databases
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making abilities
- Exposure to air‑gap bridge architecture and advanced Linux administration
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Grafana, Loki, Tempo, and Mimir (LGTM stack)
- Full‑stack programming (Spring Boot & Angular)
