Azure DevOps Engineer
Client Location: Rosemont, IL
Type: 6+ month Contract to hire
Note: This position is a hybrid role working onsite 4x weekly and remote Fridays.
Responsibilities: This individual will have hands-on experience implementing various best practices and tools in the DevOps toolchain with a solid understanding of the SDLC, Azure Cloud Architecture, knowledge of best practices and a willingness to apply them as we automate the build and release pipelines. Resource will work closely with a variety of technical teams to set up development, testing and production environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) with 5+ years of experience designing and implementing continuous delivery and/or DevOps solutions or architecture patterns
- Experience with Azure Cloud resources including provisioning, monitoring and maintenance.
- Ability to work across multiple projects
- Ability to document completed work, key decisions, and lessons learned in the Wiki or SharePoint to support future reference and knowledge sharing.
