Role: AWS Devops Engineer || Senior Manager
Location: PAN India
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure using AWS services (EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, AWS Organizations)
- Standardize infrastructure provisioning using AWS CDK in TypeScript
- Automate CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins
- Implement ECS and Fargate workloads as the primary modernization target
- Integrate AWS IoT Core, EventBridge, Lambda, and SNS patterns for event-driven cloud workflows
- Evaluate deployed AWS environments and produce actionable infrastructure improvement recommendations (security, cost, operational efficiency)
- Upskill client engineering teams through paired-programming, code reviews, and structured walkthroughs on CDK/TypeScript IaC, ECS/Fargate patterns, and CI/CD disciplines — knowledge transfer is a tracked delivery output, not optional
- Collaborate across IST, ET, and GMT time zones — the India team is the overnight continuity for a live financial-services environment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 13+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years focused on cloud infrastructure and DevOps on AWS
- Hands-on proficiency with core AWS services: VPC, IAM, EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, Config, S3
- AWS CDK hands-on experience
- Strong Python scripting for infrastructure automation and operational tooling
- CI/CD engineering experience with GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins
- ECS and Fargate hands-on experience
- Kubernetes fundamentals (deployments, services, configmaps, helm)
