About Position:
We are seeking an Infrastructure Architect / Infra DevOps Architect with 15+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure architecture, cloud transformation, platform engineering, and infrastructure modernization. The role will serve as the principal technical authority for infrastructure strategy, architecture governance, cloud adoption, security, resilience, and operational excellence across hybrid, multi-cloud, and global enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities to drive infrastructure transformation aligned with organizational business objectives.

What You'll Do:
- Define and own the long-term infrastructure architecture vision, roadmap, standards, and governance model aligned with business and technology strategy.
- Architect enterprise-scale hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Lead infrastructure architecture reviews, solution approvals, and governance processes across cloud, network, compute, storage, security, and operations domains.
- Establish infrastructure principles, reference architectures, reusable platform patterns, and technology standards.
- Drive Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), platform engineering, automation, and DevOps adoption across enterprise infrastructure teams.
- Define and execute migration strategies from legacy data centers to cloud-native and hybrid operating models.
- Design and optimize enterprise network architectures including SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, VPCs, load balancing, DNS, and zero-trust networking.
- Lead capacity planning, performance engineering, scalability assessments, and infrastructure cost optimization initiatives.
- Define storage architecture strategies covering SAN, NAS, object storage, backup, archival, and cloud storage solutions.
- Architect highly available and resilient infrastructure platforms that meet business continuity, disaster recovery, RTO, and RPO requirements.
- Partner with security and compliance teams to embed security-by-design principles across infrastructure platforms.
- Define enterprise IAM, Identity as a Service (IDaaS), OAuth, API Gateway, Okta, LDAP, RBAC, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Zero Trust architecture standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Lead threat modeling, infrastructure risk assessments, vulnerability management initiatives, and security reviews.
- Define SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs for critical infrastructure services and enterprise platforms.
- Drive Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, observability strategies, incident reviews, and continuous reliability improvements.
- Define and implement automation strategies for provisioning, configuration management, scaling, monitoring, patching, and operational workflows.
- Establish enterprise observability frameworks leveraging metrics, tracing, logging, and monitoring solutions.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders, engineering leaders, security teams, operations teams, and business leaders to align infrastructure strategy with enterprise objectives.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, architecture guidance, and governance across infrastructure and platform engineering teams.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Architecture, Platform Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Infrastructure Architecture, Principal Engineering, or senior technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud architectures.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise networking including TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, VPCs, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPNs, Routing, Network Security, and Zero Trust networking.
- Extensive experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools including Terraform, CloudFormation, and related technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and container orchestration platforms.
- Expertise in CI/CD platforms including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong automation and scripting experience using Shell Scripting, Python, Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, and related monitoring platforms.
- Strong understanding of storage architecture including SAN, NAS, object storage, backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Experience designing highly available, fault-tolerant, scalable, and resilient distributed systems.
- Expertise in disaster recovery strategy, business continuity planning, backup architecture, and RTO/RPO implementation.
- Strong knowledge of security architecture, IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, Compliance, Risk Management, and Security Governance.
- Experience implementing architecture governance frameworks, technology standards, and enterprise-wide infrastructure policies.
- Strong understanding of database infrastructure, SQL/NoSQL platforms, and enterprise data architecture considerations.
- Experience leading large-scale data center exits, infrastructure modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to policy-as-code, automated compliance frameworks, cloud security posture management, and governance automation.
- Experience working within regulated environments with strong audit, compliance, and operational control requirements.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure trends including Hybrid Cloud, Platform Engineering, SRE, DevSecOps, and Zero Trust Architecture.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to influence C-level executives and communicate complex technical decisions, trade-offs, and transformation roadmaps.
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and organizational leadership capabilities with a focus on engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
