Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Automate deployments using PowerShell and Shell scripting.
- Configure and maintain monitoring solutions using Grafana and Prometheus.
- Investigate production incidents, troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Debug deployment failures, networking issues, authentication problems and cloud infrastructure challenges.
- Work directly with customers during implementation, troubleshooting and production support.
- Participate in customer meetings and confidently present technical solutions.
- Proactively suggest improvements that increase reliability, security and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with development, QA and infrastructure teams.
- Support junior engineers, provide technical guidance, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor team members.
- Review deployments and ensure best DevOps practices are followed.
- Prepare technical documentation, project status reports and management updates.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through successful delivery.
