About Trusity
Trusity is a skill-tech and edtech company based in Dubai, building the next generation of entrepreneurs and future-ready learners. Our flagship platform, TruPreneurs.AI, is the world's first patented, knowledge-grounded AI entrepreneurship platform for K-12 students. We are scaling globally and the infrastructure powering that growth needs to be bulletproof. This is where you come in.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on, ownership-driven AWS Cloud Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for both the reliability of our cloud infrastructure and the platform performance of TruPreneurs.AI. You will work closely with our product and development teams to ensure our systems are secure, scalable and built to support a growing global user base.
This is not a maintain-and-monitor role. We are scaling. You will be building.
What You Will Own
Infrastructure Design and Management
- Design, deploy and manage scalable, secure and highly available AWS infrastructure
- Maintain and optimise cloud environments across development, staging and production
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support continuous deployment
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure 99.9% uptime
Platform Support
- Collaborate with the product and engineering team to support TruPreneurs.AI's backend infrastructure
- Ensure platform reliability and performance as user numbers scale across global markets
- Support database management, storage solutions and API integrations on AWS
- Implement auto-scaling solutions to handle variable traffic loads
Security and Compliance
- Implement and maintain AWS security best practices across all environments
- Manage IAM roles, policies and access controls
- Ensure data privacy and compliance standards are met across all infrastructure
Cost Optimisation
- Monitor and manage AWS costs, identify inefficiencies and recommend optimisations
- Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code using tools
What We Are Looking For
Technical skills:
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on AWS experience in a production environment
- Strong proficiency in core AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, ECS and VPC
- Experience with containerisation using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes or ECS
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools including CloudWatch, Datadog or similar
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash or similar
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer certification is a strong advantage
Who you are:
- You take ownership. You do not wait to be told what needs fixing.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities can shift and speed matters.
- You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are proactive about security, performance and cost, without being asked.
- You care about what the product does and who it serves, not just the architecture behind it.
Why Trusity
You will not be managing legacy systems for a company that has stopped growing. You will be building cloud infrastructure for a platform that is entering global markets, serving thousands of students, and scaling fast. You will have direct access to the founding team, real ownership over outcomes, and the opportunity to architect solutions that genuinely matter.
If this is the role you have been looking for, we would love to hear from you.
