Lead I – Cloud Infrastructure (AWS & DevOps)
Role Summary
Seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Lead with strong expertise in AWS, Jenkins CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud operations. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud environments while driving DevOps best practices and mentoring engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and resilient AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, with strong expertise in Declarative Pipelines.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
- Manage application deployments, scaling, performance optimization, and cloud operations across AWS services.
- Collaborate with development, security, and architecture teams to enable seamless cloud integration.
- Implement monitoring, logging, ing, and observability solutions to ensure platform reliability and performance.
- Enforce cloud security, governance, compliance, and operational best practices.
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across cloud and DevOps initiatives.
- Support capacity planning, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies.
- Evaluate emerging AWS technologies and drive cloud modernization efforts.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Expertise in Jenkins CI/CD and Declarative Pipeline development.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Proficiency in Shell, Python, or PowerShell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Amazon EKS.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Strong understanding of IAM, networking, security, and compliance best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Certifications
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional)
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
