Xuman.AI is a social app where people post content about what they are open to sharing and experiencing. Someone can discover them by scrolling, and if it resonates and vibes with them, they can connect instantly.
On the surface, it collapses fragmented workflows into one system.
Underneath, we are building something far deeper: The Human Experience Engine, our Persona Compatibility layer. This engine matches the right person with the right fit at the right time, based on who they are, what they want, and how they connect.
The founder's vision is to layer cognitive science into human persona compatibility, leading to hyper-personalized, real-time human connections.
Xuman.AI is the productization of the founder's previous bootstrapped venture: ideation, market research, pilots, MVP, and a technical foundation built to scale. The product is built and live on both app stores. We are past the building phase and into distribution: getting it in front of real users and turning it into a repeatable business.
Why this role matters:
Real users and real money move through this platform every day, and it is yours to run. Every release, every key rotation, every alert, every store build goes through you. You set how Xuman.AI ships for the next few years, and you get to build the platform the way you always thought it should be built.
What you'll own:
- The full deployment path, from commit to both app stores, built the way you want
- Security across the platform, including everything touching payments
- Reliability, monitoring, and incident response for a live product
- The cloud estate, its architecture, and its cost
- The freedom to rebuild any of it properly rather than inherit someone else's decisions
Must have:
- Five to seven years running production infrastructure that real users depended on
- You have owned reliability for a live product and know what good looks like under pressure
- Docker and container orchestration in production
- CI/CD you built yourself: GitHub Actions or equivalent, gated and reversible
- Mobile release pipelines, not only server deploys: over-the-air updates and store submissions
- Cloud depth on Azure. Our entire estate runs there.
- Azure Container Apps, Service Bus and managed PostgreSQL
- Infrastructure as code: Terraform, Bicep or equivalent
- Monitoring and incident practice: alerts that mean something, postmortems that change things
- Cost engineering: you have cut a cloud bill without breaking anything
- Secrets management, key rotation and access reviews
- A multi-service estate: ours is 16 services
- You use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) daily to write, debug, and ship faster. Not optional; this is how we work.
What you'll get:
