Roles & Responsibilities
- 5–8 years of DevOps/platform engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based coding agents (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) — this is not a traditional infra/ops-only role; the primary value-add is building and extending AI agents into the SDLC.
- Strong AWS and CI/CD background, including infrastructure-as-code (Terraform and/or AWS CDK).
- Comfortable working with GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the pod's codebase.
- Write and enhance AI agents (Claude Code via Amazon Bedrock, and/or Cursor/Copilot) for automated code review, architecture-standards checks, and bug fixing on this workstream.
- Contribute to and align with Clients broader "agentic SDLC" transformation goals.
- Manage AWS infrastructure-as-code and deployment automation for the pod's services.
- Partner with the Pod Lead on developer-productivity tooling.
