Skills Required:

Experience in working in microsystems environments using Cloud watch Opensearch ELK monitoring tools Prometheus Grafana ELK
Programming skills on Python shell scripting would be useful
Familiarity with ServiceNow Jira and Confluence tools AWS Cloud certifications ITIL recommended
