Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The AWS Platform Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable AWS infrastructure to support our clients’ applications and services.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong infrastructure skills, including AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM), networking fundamentals, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience in building an internal developer platform allowing application teams to provision compliant AWS infrastructure through approved Terraform modules.
- Experince in refactoring monolithic Terraform estate into independently versioned reusable modules, reducing deployment blast radius and enabling application teams to provision infrastructure independently.
- Candidates should possess advanced troubleshooting skills for cloud platforms, applications, and infrastructure, including log analysis, monitoring, and incident resolution.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles, identity and access management, and compliance standards is an advantage.
- Some experience With AWS Sagemaker, Bedrock and Agentcore will be helpful but is not necessary.
