LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization to identify a Cloud Systems Engineer to join its infrastructure and cloud operations team.
This position is ideal for a cloud-focused systems professional who enjoys building, improving, and supporting enterprise cloud environments while participating in strategic technology initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in Microsoft Azure and cloud administration, combined with hands-on systems engineering experience and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
About the Opportunity
This role offers the opportunity to work within a rapidly expanding technology environment supporting cloud infrastructure, identity management, migrations, integrations, automation initiatives, and enterprise modernization projects.
In addition to day-to-day cloud operations, this individual will play a key role in supporting business growth initiatives, technology integrations, and cloud-related projects associated with organizational expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise cloud environments and cloud-based infrastructure
- Manage identity, authentication, access controls, and security-related cloud technologies
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud solutions
- Support cloud migrations, integrations, tenant consolidations, and modernization efforts
- Monitor cloud performance, availability, and operational health
- Troubleshoot escalated infrastructure and cloud-related issues
- Develop automation solutions to improve efficiency and repeatability
- Assist with infrastructure architecture, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
- Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams on technology projects
- Participate in cloud strategy, governance, and continuous improvement efforts
- Support acquisition and integration projects from a cloud and infrastructure perspective
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Cloud Administration, Systems Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience managing cloud identity, authentication, and access management
- Hands-on administration experience in enterprise cloud environments
- Strong troubleshooting and infrastructure support capabilities
- Experience with PowerShell and automation scripting
- Understanding of cloud networking, virtual infrastructure, and systems administration
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud environments
- Terraform or Infrastructure as Code experience
- Python scripting experience
- Experience with cloud monitoring and security tools
- Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale migrations
- Familiarity with AI-related technologies, Microsoft Copilot, Foundry, or emerging cloud-based AI platforms
- VMware, Hyper-V, or virtualization experience
- Relevant cloud certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure Engineer, Azure Architect, AWS, or similar
