We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage robust cloud infrastructure in a fast-paced DevOps environment. This role focuses on architecting highly available platforms, automating infrastructure deployments, enhancing security, and continuously improving operational efficiency for critical production systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to standardize and automate deployments.
- Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery.
- Manage cloud networking, compute, storage, and identity services to ensure reliability and performance.
- Implement automation solutions to streamline operational processes and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and application issues across production environments.
- Collaborate closely with development, security, and operations teams to deliver cloud-native solutions.
- Drive continuous improvements in system performance, security, availability, and cost optimization.
- Support disaster recovery, backup strategies, and operational best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, or platform operations roles.
- Strong experience designing and supporting cloud environments in production settings.
- Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, monitoring, and operational best practices.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and optimize platform performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
