We are in search of a seasoned Platform Architect with a proven track record in Cloud Infrastructure and System Architecture/Designs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field, at least 5 years of which should be in System Architecture/Designs, and hold at least one Architect certification from a recognized cloud provider.
As a Platform Architect, you will be part of our cloud engineering team in identifying and implementing effective strategies by leveraging existing or new tool and frameworks. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing or developing new solutions that align with industry trends. You will be responsible for establishing an enterprise-wide technical architecture and devising an implementation strategy that paves the way for our organization's long-term success.
This role emphasizes the promotion of standardization and best practices. You will be instrumental in instituting technical governance to enhance platform performance, reduce long-term technical risks, and facilitate swift upgrades to new features and innovations that drive additional value.

What you'll do:
- Design frameworks and best practices for deploying automation via pipelines into on-prem, Could Environment (AWS, GCP, Azure), and Containerized environments
- Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Design and build platforms and frameworks to create consistent, verifiable, and automatic management of applications and infrastructure in both On-prem and cloud infrastructure
- Define the development pipeline to ensure that software development flows match operational testing and deployment goals
- Identify and initiate the development of metrics and dashboards to monitor the adoption and maturity of DevOps
- Develop and maintain automated deployment and testing processes
What makes you a great fit:
- Strong technical expertise in DevOps tooling and automation frameworks (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, AWS DevOps, etc.)
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g. Bash, Python, Go)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, ELK, etc.
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar certification (GCP)
