Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Release Manager at Qualitest in Hyderabad, allowing for some remote work. The Release Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day release activities, coordinating release plans, managing program and configuration management, and collaborating with software development teams.
Qualifications
• 3-6 yrs of Experience with release automation tools (Azure DevOps) and change management systems.
• Proven experience managing release cycles in complex, cross-functional projects, ideally within an Agile or DevOps framework
• Lead release planning meetings, capturing requirements, risks, and dependencies for each release cycle.
• Ability to Coordinate across development, QA, product management, and operations to ensure all teams are aligned and prepared for each release.

• Define, document, and continuously improve the release management process, focusing on efficiency, consistency, and minimizing release-related issues.
• Manage change control processes, ensuring that only approved changes are included in each release.
• Oversee release readiness checks, confirming that all necessary steps have been completed before deployment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
