Role Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on technical leader with strong expertise in
AWS,
CI/CD, and
Kubernetes to design, build, and deliver secure, reliable, and scalable cloud platforms. The role combines cloud architecture, platform engineering, DevOps leadership, and end-to-end delivery ownership. The ideal candidate will guide engineering teams, establish cloud-native best practices, and leverage
AI-enabled engineering approaches to accelerate platform delivery while maintaining security, governance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient AWS-based platform architectures aligned with business and application requirements.
- Lead the development and management of infrastructure as code and automated deployment processes to ensure consistent and repeatable platform delivery.
- Build, optimize, and support cloud-native platforms using Kubernetes for container orchestration and workload management.
- Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure delivery, including build, test, deployment, rollback, and release automation.
- Drive end-to-end platform delivery from discovery, architecture, provisioning, testing, deployment, and operational handover.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, deployment, and infrastructure issues across cloud and container environments.
- Monitor platform performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency, implementing improvements where required.
- Establish secure cloud foundations, including access controls, environment isolation, secrets management, logging, monitoring, and compliance practices.
- Define and implement operational processes, incident response procedures, recovery strategies, and platform standards.
- Create reusable platform components, templates, and automation frameworks to improve delivery speed and consistency.
- Mentor engineering teams on AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD practices, cloud-native development, and platform operations.
- Utilize AI-powered engineering tools to accelerate automation, infrastructure development, documentation, and troubleshooting while ensuring appropriate governance and review controls.
- Collaborate with application, architecture, security, networking, QA, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful platform delivery.
- Track and improve platform delivery metrics, deployment success rates, reliability indicators, and operational effectiveness.
